14-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days. We process eligible refunds without unnecessary questions.

How to request a refund

Send an email to info@bigsiam.tech with:

  • Your name
  • The email used for the purchase
  • What you bought
  • A short note explaining why

We respond within 3 business days.

When refunds apply

You can request a refund when the product or service was not delivered, when the product is different from what was described, or when you change your mind within 14 days for items that have not been fully accessed or downloaded.

When refunds may not apply

Some cases where a refund is not possible:

  • Custom work that has already been completed and delivered
  • Subscriptions that have already been used or accessed in full
  • Requests made after the 14-day window

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The money usually appears in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Before you file a chargeback

If you have any issue with a purchase, email us first. We aim to resolve concerns quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first can complicate the process for both sides.
